How It Works
- Open the team management area in your WAServe account.
- Enter the teammate’s email address and choose an available role.
- The invited user follows the email link to accept the invitation and set up access.
Roles
Manager Role
- Can assign chats to agents.
- Cannot access settings, billing, or API keys.
Agent Role
- Cannot assign chats to agents.
- Cannot access settings, billing, or API keys.
